Brief Programme

Welcome to the capital of India. Visit Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb today. Drive through the colonial era government area.

Explore Old Delhi with its grand Friday Mosque and spice market. Navigate the lanes on rickshaws.

Drive to Jaipur and in the late afternoon walk through the colourful, bustling markets of the walled pink city.

Visit the hilltop fort at Amber. In the afternoon explore the City Palace complex the massive open-air observatory Jantar Mantar. Time to shop till you drop!

Drive to Ranthambore today. This afternoon, get into jeeps to go for a game drive in the beautiful jungles of the national park. Keeps your fingers crossed that you spot the Royal Bengal Tiger.

Two more game drives today and an opportunity to visit a fascinating village women’s cooperative.

A train ride and a short drive bring you to Agra. Enroute you will visit the famous, deserted Mughal capital Fatehpur Sikri.

This is the big day when you visit the Taj Mahal! Another great attraction is the marvellous riverside Agra Fort.

A train ride and a drive to Khajuraho. This afternoon visit one of the ancient temple groups that this village is so famous for.

Before catching a flight to Varanasi, visit the main group of these stupendous Khajuraho temples.

In Varanasi this evening you will witness a spectacular prayer ceremony at the banks of the holy Ganges river.

Enjoy a serene sunrise in a boat floating on the river. Watch pilgrims in their offerings to the sun and the river Goddess. An excursion to Sarnath can’t be missed—this was the site where Buddha preached his first sermon.

Fly back to Delhi today and unwind at a chic neighborhood to enjoy pubs, designer boutiques, cafes and art galleries. Later tonight you’ll be transferred to the international airport for you flight home.
